We were extremely happy with Properly Inspected. They were incredibly responsive from beginning to end. The inspections and reports they provided were quite detailed and extensive, with explanations, pictures and videos. Because we were not in the state at the time, they spent time with our realtor and included her in everything they were doing. The reports were sent to us the very next day and when we requested time to talk with them about what they found, they went through then entire report with us that day. They also gave suggestions and shared information about what we should do as new residents to the area. We couldn’t be more pleased with this company. Lloyd and Christine are top notch.
